Ballet as a performing art is impossible to teach without creating performing opportunities for our students

Or should we say auditions?, at Orlando MET competitions are part of giving students performing experience and opportunities of networking.

At Orlando MET the teaching of the classical ballet technique starts with discipline, dress code, respect to the rules, and values.

Orlando MET faculty is certified in Pilates, PBT, and many other methods and techniques used to work on the conditioning of our students’ bodies.
