Made up of Orlando MET Academy’s most advanced students, member of the Pre-Professional Program (PAP), Orlando Metropolitan Ballet Youth Studio Company ( OMB- YSC) replicates a professional company experience, it provides an accelerated performance program where students receive years of on-stage experience, building confidence, camaraderie, community and many other skills that they could translate into any stage.

OMB-YSC produces full length ballet shows from the world classical repertoire, giving principal roles only to our top students allowing them to grow as dancers and artists in general.

Everything happens in a positive and coached guided environment with the natural pressure that working in the live performing industry would represent for preparing them to take the leap into a professional company when the time comes.

Members of the OMB-YSC are invited from the OMBA PAP current enrollment. There are only 12 places.

OMB-YSC introduces dancers to partnering technique, and when performing, they always go on stage with professional dancers that will guide, take care and teach them.
