| We hope you are very well, this email is to inform you that students participating in Coppelia will have their photoshoot on Wednesday June 8th, schedule as follows: Pre-Primary, Primary A and Primary B from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm Level 1, 2 and 3 from 4:00 pm to 5:30pm Level 4 and PAP from 9:00 to 5:30 pm. These pictures are optional, if you do not wish for picture just let us know in an email. Please remember that pictures are not allowed during the show as Dr. Phillips ushers are very strict with that policy. Pictures Packages Single picture $35 (digital and printed). 2 to 4 Pictures $25 each. More than 4 pictures $18 each picture. Photobook ( booklet hardcover with 10+ pics high quality printing ), also a flash drive with all then pictures of the dancer. $500 Note: you will be able to select from the pictures taken in the photoshoot on Thursday as well as the pictures taken at the theater the day of the performance (rehearsal, back stage and on stage). Photoshoot-day Guidelines The students must arrive at the academy wearing makeup and stage-like hairstyle, clean tights, clean ballet shoes and the Nude leotard to change right away into their costumes and take the pictures. Costumes will be at the studio for them and will stay at the studio after until the day of the show. Changing Leotard (please keep reading) Levels Primary, 1, 2 and 3 students will require to wear a nude (skin-tone) color leotard under the costume, for the photoshoot day and the performance day, in order to make the changing costumes easier, quicker and more comfortable for the girls. Remember, besides the “changing Leotard” we always require students to wear clean (new if possible) tights and ballet shoes.
